Excellent cleanliness and high-quality breakfast buffet.

Very friendly staff particularly the manager. Good position with easy access to city. Underground car park good but charge made.Restaurant and buffet breakfast very good.

Room for wheelchair users not ideal with a bath rather than a wheel-in shower. Also washbasin too low to get underneath. Room is quite a distance from lift. However the Manager really did try to help and noted our suggestions for improvement.

That was upgraded and perfect hotel set in nice enough area, adjacent to the central bus station, the plaza de toros during the feria de Badajoz and Very close to Carrefour. My double room was available with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and air conditioner. The location was good - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

I stayed for one night to explore the cultural sites of Badajoz. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, which made my overnight stop much more comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable about nearby attractions, like the Alcazaba of Badajoz and Plaza Alta, both an easy walk away. I really appreciated the upgrade to a room with extra amenities, such as a mini-bar and cozy slippers.

Great Value, confortable rooms of a good size and excellent standard. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Food was good.

Good location with very comfortable beautiful rooms. The price was great for this level of room.

This hotel is conveniently located about a 25-minute walk from the center. Our superior king room was spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, helping to start the day right.

It was really good value for money and the staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again if I could go for the same price.

The pillows weren't extremely comfortable but this is often the case in Spanish hotels.

The hotel is fantastic, appealing with amazing city views. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is absolutely perfect not far from the Alcazaba fortress and the shopping area.

A great stopover for groups

We had a spacious room, the kind where you can actually stretch out and not feel cramped. Plus, the restaurant? The food was so good, I thought I was back in my lab.

It wasn't cheap, but still within reason for what we got.

The location is near many cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was cozy and spacious with a nice king bed perfect for a long drive.

It wasn't very inexpensive but definitely acceptable for what we got.

the reception crew argue about the double bed threaten me with giving me a bad room. the cleaning lady was not very helpful. the staff and the hotel are not a four stars.
